01. What is the difference between online classes and phone classes?
Answer: The same lessons are taught online and by phone. Skype classes are taught using audio and video or audio only, but phone classes are taught using only audio.

02. How do I get Skype, and is it free?
Answer: You can click on the Skype tab or link on the main page to download it. Skype is free for you to download and use.

03. Can I get a discount?
Answer: Yes. You recieve one FREE class for each new student you get to buy classes from English Hub for the first time (*only once for each new student). Just be sure to get that person to mention your name when registering and paying for the first time.

04. Do I have to take a level test?
Answer: No, you don’t. However, if you want to register for regular curriculum or open discussion classes, you need to take a level test. In addition, level 3 or higher is required for the open discussion class.

05. Which course is better for me to improve my English?
Answer: Everyone has different needs and goals for learning English. Ask yourself why you need English and where you need to use/speak English. Is it for work, overseas study, or traveling? Do you want lots of talking time, lots of error correction, or lots of pronunciation correction? Please consult our program checkmark chart on the courses page to help you choose a program that will help you the most.

06. What are English Hub’s payment options?
Answer: You can pay by Paypal using your credit card, or you can do a bank transfer.

07. How long are the online/phone classes, and how are the classes taught?
Answer: All online classes and phone classes are twenty-five or fifty minutes. Please check the visitors links on the main page to see how our teaching system works.

08. What kind of teachers does English Hub have?
Answer: English Hub only hires qualified and experienced EFL instructors. All teachers are properly trained by English Hub staff to teach classes correctly.

09. Does English Hub share customer information with other companies?
Answer: No. English Hub will never share any personal information of its customers with anyone else. Customer privacy and protection are very important to English Hub.

10. What other fees do I have to pay?
Answer: None. The only fee you have is to pay for class credits. Customers will never be required to purchase anything else unless they want to do so.

11. Do I have to buy a textbook?
Answer: No. English Hub will provide all class material for every program we offer.

12. Can I transfer my classes to another person?
Answer: Yes, but you must notify an English Hub administrator before you transfer classes to another person.

13. Can I use my own material in class?
Answer: Yes. Students can use any of their own material in an open discussion class which requires a level three or higher in the free level test.

14. Can I do a writing class at English Hub?
Answer: Yes. Writing classes can be arranged by special request, and done through email and Skype.

15. Is there a time limit to use my classes?
Answer: Yes. You must use your classes within three months.

16. Will I have homework?
Answer: No. You will only receive homework if you request it.
