English Hub User Agreement

Students of English Hub must read the sections below, understand them, and agree to their terms.

Class Time: All students and teachers are expected to meet on Skype at the appointment time. If a student is 5 minutes late without notice, the teacher may leave Skype and the student will lose the class without a refund. If a teacher is five minutes late without prior notice and without an acceptable reason, the student will receive one free class. Exceptions are solely up to the management of English Hub.

Technical Problems: Classes which could not proceed due to technical reasons (i.e. a weak or no Internet connection, broken headset, no audio, no video, broken microphone, etc.) either by the teacher or student will be handled by the management of English Hub on a case by case basis.

Refunds: Refunds due to technical problems will be determined on a case by case basis, and are solely up to the discretion of the management of English Hub. In addition, if students are not satisfied with English Hub classes for any reason, they may recieve a 100% refund within 2 days of purchasing the classes, or a 50% refund after using a maximum of 5 classes. All Refunds must be done directly through English Hub management.

Skype: English Hub, its students, its staff, and its teachers are in no way liable for any damage caused by Skype.

Paypal: English Hub is not liable for financial or personal damage caused by Paypal, and English Hub agrees not to hold any financial information of customers for their own safety.

Trust: English Hub and its employees agree to act professionally and teach their students by the terms listed on this site. Students agree to act with proper conduct, and understand that English Hub staff agrees to teach students as agreed upon in the policies and agreements on the site.
